Gift pick up

If you have received an email with a family code, that means your family has been sponsored and you have gifts to be picked up.

Pick up will be at Versailles Church of Christ (near the old high school at 108 Murray ST).

Here are the dates and times we will be opened for you to come pick up (We do NOT develier).

December 12th and 13th (Thursday and Friday) from 9am-Noon and 1pm-4th (notice we will be closed from noon-one).

If you cannot attend during those hours. you can have an alternative pick up person. You MUST email woodfordcommunitychristmas@gmail.com (or use the contact form on the website) to let us know who that person is. They will need to bring their ID and the family code in order to pick up.

Donation Drop Off

If you/your group sponsored a child(ren) this year, we will be collecting those items at the Versailles Church of Christ (near the old high school at 108 Murray ST).

Here are the dates and times we will be accepting the donations:

December 2nd-6th (Monday-Friday) 9am-Noon and 1pm-4pm. (Notice there will be nobody available to accept gifts from noon-one that week.)

Twilight Festival

Twilight Festival

Come see us at the Twilight Festival on September 7th! We will have a table set up near Eckert’s Orchard and Que Daddys Smoke Shack. We have three different baskets that could be yours at the end of the night (Spa Day, Charming Fall Finds, and Game Night). For a donation of $5 you get one ticket to pick a basket OR $20 for five tickets.
