Woodford Community Christmas Board

Chair: Dawn Staff

When Dawn learned the community Christmas program was ending last fall, she immediately began praying. After seeking counsel from her home church, she knew she had to continue the program and formed an amazing team of volunteers to make Christmas morning special for many families in Woodford Co.

Dawn is our person who pays attention to all the details and ensures every kid gets sponsored!

Vice Chair: Abby Teberg

Abby accidentally ended up helping when she filled in for her senior pastor when he could not make the meeting. Originally all she was going to do was organize the Excel sheet with all of the information for families and sponsors, but she has a heart for the kids of Woodford County so she couldn't stop there!

She focuses on all the technology and communication side of things.

Event Coordinator: Tammy Hestand

Tammy is a retired Woodford County teacher and a member of the Versailles Church of Christ. She got involved with Woodford Community Christmas while the schools were still in charge by helping host pick up for families at Versailles Church of Christ. When the schools could no longer lead it, she still helped coordinate drop off times for the sponsors and pick up times for the families at her church!
